Biological deodorization is a biological waste gas treatment technology that uses a biological method to deodorize waste odor molecules through a microbial membrane specially cultivated on a biological filler in a biological filter. When containing gas, liquid, solid three mixed toxic, harmful, malodorous waste gas through the collection pipe into the system by cultivating growth in the biological filler on the highly efficient microbial strains to form a biofilm to purify and degrade pollutants in the waste gas. On the one hand, the biofilm uses pollutants in exhaust gas as nutrients for growth and reproduction; on the other hand, it decomposes toxic and harmful odorous substances in exhaust gas and degrades them into simple inorganic substances such as non-toxic and harmless CO2,H20,H2SO4,HNO3, etc. So as to achieve the purpose of removal.

When the degree of gas passes, the microorganisms in the biofilm absorb and decompose the organic matter in the exhaust gas, so that the exhaust gas is purified, and the microorganisms are also proliferated, and the biofilm is thickened. When the biofilm grows to a certain thickness, the oxygen diffusion to the inside of the biofilm is limited, and the surface is still aerobic, while the inner layer will be anoxic or even anaerobic, and eventually lead to the shedding of the biofilm. Subsequently, the surface of the filler will continue to grow new biofilm, cycle, so that the exhaust gas is purified.
