Product Introduction

The spray desulfurization tower has a flue gas outlet at the top and a flue gas inlet at the middle. The spray desulfurization tower is divided into a demisting section, a spraying section and a circulation section from top to bottom in sequence. The demisting section is located below the flue gas outlet. The spray section is located above the flue gas inlet and includes a three-stage spray device. The first stage is a vortex nozzle, and the second and third stages are ordinary nozzles. The circulation section is located below the flue gas inlet, the circulating liquid is mixed with liquid ammonia in the circulating tank, and the outlet of the circulating liquid is arranged in the middle and upper part of the circulating tank; the outlet of the circulating liquid is connected with the three-stage spraying device through the pipeline; the purified flue gas is passed into the flue gas heat exchanger to exchange heat with the flue gas without desulfurization. The advantages are: avoiding the ammonium sulfate product from being stuck on the packing and pipeline, spraying effectively covers the cross section, improving the desulfurization efficiency, there is a cleaning device, one stage is blocked, and the other two stages can still operate.

Treatment of waste water after desulfurization

Desulfurization wastewater is mainly the filtrate discharged from gypsum slurry after dehydration. The main pollution factors in desulfurization wastewater are chloride ion, copper, lead, nickel, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron, fluoride ion, sulfate, carbonate, etc. Impurities in desulfurization wastewater mainly come from flue gas, desulfurizer (limestone is mostly used in wet desulfurization) and process water. Among them, the pollution components mainly come from the flue gas, and the impurities in the flue gas come from the combustion of coal. Coal contains a variety of elements, including heavy metals, which generate a variety of compounds after combustion, in which gaseous compounds enter the desulfurization system with the flue gas and are dissolved in the absorption slurry.

The impurities in the desulfurization water mainly include suspended solids, high concentrations of sulfite, sulfate, fluoride and heavy metals. The desulfurization wastewater treatment system includes: water treatment system and sludge treatment system, in which the water treatment system is divided into neutralization, sedimentation, flocculation, concentration and clarification of several processes, as well as quartz sand filtration water treatment process to save water and energy recycling.
