Product Introduction

The main harmful gases treated by BJS type acid gas purification tower are acid mist (H2S04), hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromium acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), alkali steam and other water-soluble gases. Using sodium hydroxide as the absorption and neutralization solution, the solution concentration is 2-6%, and the purification efficiency is more than 95%. It has the advantages of high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small size, convenient disassembly and maintenance, light and durable, and beautiful appearance. There are 1.5 type, 3 type, 5 type, 7.5 type, 10 type, 20 type, 30 type, 40 type, 50 type nine specifications.

BJS type acid gas purification tower is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and polyvinyl chloride materials in sections. The outer surface of the tower body adopts water-resistant and aging-resistant gel coat resin as the aging-proof surface layer, and the thickness of the rubber layer shall not be less than 0.5mm. Alkali-free wax-free untwisted checkered fine cloth is used as the aging-resistant ferry layer between the strength and the inner and outer surfaces. Its resin content is not less than 75%. The number of layers is laid according to the requirements of large-scale and technical standards. The resin content reaches 60-70%, making the tower body absolutely reliable.

Structure

The purification tower is formed by connecting circular tower body and flange in sections, and the specific structure is composed of wave storage box, air inlet section, two-stage spray section, swirl plate, air outlet cone cap, etc. Its characteristics are: convenient production, easy installation and maintenance, high strength, small footprint. The spray form adopts double-layer packing and two-stage spray to make the gas and liquid fully contact and improve the purification efficiency. The tower is equipped with a glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan and plastic water pump or stainless steel water pump.

When the air volume is above 10000 cubic meters, the design requirements can be met by using two pumps.

Purification tower main body

1. Composite glass fiber reinforced plastic liquid storage tank and wave tube are equipped with filtrate device on the suction pipe, and the air inlet section is made of composite glass fiber reinforced plastic.

2. A row of Y-1 nylon nozzles, Paul ring filter material and organic glass inspection holes are used in the first and second spray sections.

3. The effective water retaining section is provided with a swirl plate to increase the effect of water retaining.

4. Glass steel wind cap.

5. F4-72 type FRP centrifugal fan.

6. Plastic water pump or stainless steel centrifugal pump.

7. Other accessories such as plastic pipe fittings valves, fixed brackets, maintenance ladders and air intake pipes, etc., users can customize when ordering.
